Estate Teatrale Cavaionese

In the summer of 1994, some friends organized their first theater festival at the “Teatro Arena Torcolo” in Cavaion Veronese.
Given the great public appreciation and driven by their shared passion, they decided to establish an association that was officially founded on February 15, 1995, named “Amici del Teatro Cavaionese,” which has managed the summer theater of the town ever since.
In 2003, another project took shape: theater courses for adults led by two professional actors from the Estravagario theater in Verona, Ermanno Regattieri and Tiziano Gelmetti. From there, it was a short step to founding a theater company. Under the guidance of actor Igino Dalle Vedove and director Ermanno Regattieri, the company Teatro dell’Attorchio (Actors + Press) was born, named after the location where the first rehearsals took place.
