The Bardolino wine tasting
Every season brings a new experience, and “Il Bardolino Freddo” adds to this calendar with its second edition. For three days, Bardolino will be the reference point for those who want to try a new approach to tasting red wine, served cold, accompanied by music, art, and good food.
The Bardolino Rosso, produced on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda in Veneto, is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of this territory. It comes from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, primarily Corvina, Rondinella, and, in smaller percentages, other varieties like Molinara.
The most exciting experience will be the opportunity to savor the cold Rosso paired with local culinary specialties, tasting Bardolino in its red versions with expert sommeliers from the Bardolino Wine Consortium.
There will be two locations where you can taste and enjoy the pairings: the Carrara Bottagisio park in Bardolino and the Dogana Veneta in Lazise.
