Sports Festival

SportExpo on Tour, a travelling initiative that will bring sports activities and clubs to the squares throughout the province of Verona. The event, organised by the Per Verona Association in cooperation with the Italian Volleyball Federation Territorial Committee of Verona and CONI Verona, is sponsored by the Veneto Region, the Province of Verona, ULSS9 Scaligera, and Sport and Health. SportExpo in Tour is a major youth sports promotion event aimed at children aged 4 to 14 years during which they can try out and experience different sports disciplines. The event involves all actors responsible for the education of the youngest: schools, families, institutions, sports clubs, federations, and sports organisations. The strengths of SportExpo on Tour are undoubtedly the multi-disciplinary sports and the focus on children and primarily on their enjoyment.

Not to be forgotten is the positive message related to a correct lifestyle, based on physical activity and healthy eating, factors to which, all too often and wrongly, they are not given due prominence. The first edition of SportExpo in Tour includes six stops in as many municipalities in the province of Verona. Thanks to SportExpo in Tour, children in the Verona area will be able to discover the sport most suitable for them, in a fun but structured way.
