Every season brings a new experience, and "Il Bardolino Freddo" adds to this calendar with its second edition. For three days, Bardolino will be the reference point for those who want to experience a new approach to tasting red wine, served cold, accompanied by music, art, and good food.
On Lungolago Cornicello, local wineries will offer the opportunity to taste Bardolino, served cold, in a version that enhances its freshness and fruity notes.
Bardolino Rosso, produced on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda in Veneto, is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of this territory. It comes from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, primarily Corvina, Rondinella, and, in smaller percentages, other varieties such as Molinara.
But the experience doesn't stop at wine. The lakeside will come alive with exhibitions of crafts and painting, while Carrara Bottagisio Park will be the meeting point for those who want to delight their palate with the gourmet offerings of the food trucks present.
The event will kick off on Friday, August 29, with the opening of tastings, followed by an evening of live music on the shores of the lake, perfect for immersing yourself in the magical atmosphere of Bardolino.
On Saturday, August 30, in Bardolino at Carrara Park and Sunday, August 31, in Lazise at the Dogana Veneta, don't miss the chance to participate in guided tastings of Bardolino wine paired with culinary specialties! Reservations are mandatory at the following link https://short-link.me/1agYS
