Situated in a panoramic position in the middle of Via Belvedere, it was built in the early 18th century in neoclassical style. The building, slender and elegant despite the simplicity of its forms, has four pilasters with Ionic capitals that enliven the façade; it has many windows, symmetrical to each other, and a balcony, which give light to the large rooms on all three floors. The eaves display a marble parapet supporting four small statues representing the seasons. At the front is a small garden, and on the fence towards the street is a plaque commemorating the shooting of four young soldiers on 27 March 1945, who were tried here for desertion.
