From November 22nd 2025 to January 6th 2026 Bardolino becomes the city of Christmas!

From November 22, 2025, to January 6, 2026, the lakeside and the historic center welcome thousands of visitors to experience the magical Christmas atmosphere! A packed schedule of events awaits visitors. The Christmas market, with 40 exhibitors, is located on the Lakeside and at Carrara Bottagisio Park.

Carrara Bottagisio Park will host three major attractions: the ice skating rink on water, which is even larger this year, the Ferris wheel, and Santa's interactive 3D sleigh cinema, while for the little ones, there are games in the park.

On the Lakeside, in the beautiful basin of Bardolino, dozens of carefully selected companies offer their high-quality products: from traditional food and wine, to local crafts, alongside unique homemade Christmas items. Don’t miss a trip around the town on the tourist train or enjoy the beautiful landscape from the Ferris wheel!

In Piazza del Porto, all children can have fun with the carousel, and from December 6, the underwater nativity scene will be on display.

Also at the port of Cisanmo, from November 30, it will be possible to see the underwater nativity scene. Many exhibitions will showcase works of painting, sculpture, and photography by local artists.

Strolling through the historic center, visitors can visit the Church of S. Severo with the adjacent Sala della Disciplina, which will host the exhibition "Nativity Scenes from Around the World," the little Church of San Zeno, and the parish church of San Nicolò, all enveloped in the Christmas atmosphere and surrounded by countless lights that transform Bardolino into a splendid Christmas village on the shores of Lake Garda.

On Wednesday, December 31, New Year's Eve will be celebrated by the lake with much music and fun for everyone at Carrara Bottagisio Park until late at night, the water skating rink will be open for the occasion, and at midnight everyone will look up for the fireworks display.
