81° Anniversario Festa della Liberazione - Custoza

On the occasion of the Liberation Day, the association CreaCustoza in collaboration with Pro Loco Custoza and Circolo Noi Custoza organizes and invites you to participate in the city event to honor the memory of those who fought for our freedom.
A moment of common reflection to reaffirm the values of democracy, peace, and the Constitution.
A day of memory, freedom, and hope.

This year the celebrations will take place over three days

• Wednesday, April 22
  - at the Virtus cinema in Sommacampagna:
  8:30 PM screening of the film The Partisan Johnny at the Virtus Cinema in Sommacampagna, with a presentation by historian Carlo Saletti and film critic Giancarlo Beltrame.
  
• Saturday, April 25:
  - Loc. Ferrozze / Berettara (on Guastalla street - Sommacampagna)
  9:00 AM Commemoration at the monument in memory of partisans Pierluigi Martini and Giuseppe Tabarini.
  9:30 AM - Guided walk with Nadia Olivieri (IVRR): STEPS OF FREEDOM: THREE WOMEN IN THE RESISTANCE.
  Route of 5.5 km: Departure Ferrozze → Marottina → Montegodi → Mt. Molimenti → La Casella → Arrival Piazza di Custoza.
  - in Piazza XXIV Maggio in Custoza:
  12:00 PM It will be a moment open to all, young and old, with a celebration in the square, music, and an art workshop, to share this occasion in a participatory and engaging way.

  - at the NOI Center in Custoza:
  8:45 PM dramatic reading of Giacomo Matteotti's speech from 1924
