Liberation day

The Municipality of Peschiera del Garda invites all citizens, authorities, and associations to take part in the commemorations for Liberation Day.

10:00 – Gathering of flags, authorities, citizens, and associations at “La Palleria”, headquarters of the A.N.A. group of Peschiera del Garda
10:30 – Blessing of the flag and flag-raising ceremony with the participation of the town music band
10:45 – Formation of the procession and tribute to the missing soldiers at the commemorative plaque in Viale della Rimembranza
11:00 – Commemoration ceremony at the monument to the “Fallen of all Wars” in Piazza Giulio Battistoni near the port

The historical hall will be open to the public during the morning.

Please note that temporary traffic changes, including road closures and diversions, may be in place during the event to allow the procession to take place safely.
