The 178th Anniversary of the Carabinieri Charge
A rich program of events celebrates the anniversary of the Charge of the Carabinieri, with activities spread across several days, each one designed to honor this historic military event and its significance for the local area. Sport, music, guided tours, commemorations, and performances come together in a journey through memory and community.
- Saturday, April 25 opens with the youth football tournament “The charge of the little footballers,” followed in the evening by a patriotic Risorgimento concert performed by the Sona Band.
- Sunday, April 26 is dedicated to discovering the territory with a guided tour of Fort Belvedere and other historic battle sites.
- Thursday, April 30 features the official ceremony with flag raising, commemorations, and institutional speeches in the town square.
- Friday, May 1 offers guided visits to historic villas and courtyards in Piovezzano and Fort Degenfeld.

Sunday, May 3, the Alpini Group of Pastrengo celebrates its annual festival.

Saturday, May 30 at 8:30 PM, a lively dialect comedy titled “La Morosa Foresta” will be performed at the Auditorium (free admission), presented by the Maistrachi Theatre Company.
