Monte Cor Forest, located in Ferrara di Monte Baldo, Verona, is the first forest in Veneto certified for Forest Therapy. Thanks to an innovative project by the local municipality, this unique natural space offers an immersive experience where wellness, health, and regeneration take center stage.

What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Therapy is a preventive health practice that encourages slow, mindful immersion in the forest, engaging all the senses. Known as “forest bathing,” it includes walks among conifers and beeches, quiet pauses in clearings, listening to the sounds of nature, and observing biodiversity.

The main trail in Monte Cor Forest is easy and mostly flat, with the option to continue in a loop to panoramic points offering spectacular views of the Val d’Adige.
