Antica Fiera del Bestiame di San Michel

Every year, in Prada Bassa on September 29th, the customary "Antica Fiera del Bestiame di "San Michel" is held.

The fair begins on Sunday, September 27th with the opening celebration and market at 10:00 a.m., followed by an opportunity for the little ones to make cheese with Giovanni.

At 11:00 a.m., the gastronomic stands open along with musical entertainment and activities for children.

At 11:00 a.m., the 3rd edition of "Transumanza" will take place, where children will accompany the livestock to the fair, covering a distance of 600m.

At 2:30 p.m. the 1st edition of a friendly Morra game competition will be held.

Monday, September 28th:

At 10:30 a.m., Coldiretti Verona organizes the conference on Mountain Products.

At 12:00 p.m. registration and presentation of Baldoalleva.

On Tuesday, September 29th, St. Michael's Day, at 8:00 a.m. the livestock will be admitted to the fair.

At 8:30 a.m., the markets will open at the fair with an exhibition of tools for livestock breeding.

At 9:30 a.m., the official opening of the fair will take place with an examination of the displayed animals conducted by a technical commission.

At 10:30 a.m., a Mass will be celebrated at the church of San Bartolomeo.

After the Mass, the gastronomic stands will open.

At 12:00 p.m., greetings from the authorities will take place, followed by the awarding of the best livestock and the awarding of the Young Breeders.

The festivities continue all day with music.
