Camminata tra gli olivi

On the occasion of the 10th National Day of Walking among the Olive Trees, promoted by the Associazione Nazionale Città dell’Olio, Lazise takes center stage with an event dedicated to discovering the olive-growing landscape and local traditions. Participants will follow a route of approximately 7.5 km through the olive groves of Lazise: a wonderful opportunity to get an up-close look at one of Lake Garda's most iconic crops and to appreciate the fundamental role of olive trees in preserving and enhancing the landscape.

At the end of the walk, the Consorzio di tutela olio Garda DOP will guide participants through a tasting of Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil among the trees, followed by an aperitif. A special moment to discover the unique characteristics of this extra virgin olive oil, its strong connection to the region, and the guaranteed quality of its Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
