Festa del Torbolin

This year again, in the enchanting location of Santa Lucia ai Monti, in Valeggio sul Mincio, the Festa del Torbolin returns, the eagerly awaited harvest celebration that has its roots in the agricultural history of the area. The 2026 edition will take place from Friday, September 18 to Monday, September 21, offering four days dedicated to local traditions, conviviality, and authentic flavors.

Every evening, there will be food stands with a wide selection of typical local dishes and seasonal specialties, naturally accompanied by the star of the festival: the Torbolin.

But what exactly is Torbolin? It is the newly fermented wine that is still cloudy and sparkling, preserving the fresh aroma of the grape and the lively taste of youth. A unique product, tied to agricultural tradition, that can only be savored during this time of year.

Finally, there will be live music, folk singing, and dancing entertainment, for an event that combines the genuineness of the Veneto countryside with the warmth of a village festival.
