Important Information

You can book your spot online up to one hour before the start of the tasting, ensuring your participation in the experience.

Starting one hour before the beginning, if there are still spots available, it will be possible to register directly at the meeting point of the experience, making the payment on site.

You can comfortably purchase your participation in person at the IAT Office of Lazise (Tourist Information and Reception Office) up to one hour before the start of the tasting.

Note: it is not possible to guarantee the availability of spots close to the start of the tasting. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to book in advance online to secure your spot.

Cancellation Information

You can cancel the reservation free of charge until 9:30 a.m. on the same day of the tasting. For cancellations made after that time, the full amount of the reservation will be retained.

The provider also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the experience if adverse weather conditions or other circumstances prevent the normal execution of the experience.

In the case of a postponement, the provider will agree with the customer on a new date for the experience. If the experience is canceled and it is not possible to reschedule it, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid.
