Soave Seven - Time in a glass

The initiative was created to showcase the identity, evolution, and ageing potential of Soave through a unique tasting experience. More than 30 wineries will present their finest interpretations from the past seven vintages, offering guests a comprehensive journey through styles, terroirs, and distinctive characteristics.

Promoted by the Strada del Vino Soave—a key reference point for celebrating the local area and its food and wine culture—the event is part of a project that for over twenty years has brought together producers, hospitality, and tradition along a captivating 50 km route.
