Each season brings with it a new experience, and “Il Bardolino Freddo” adds to this calendar with its third edition. For three days, Bardolino will be the reference point for those who want to experience a new approach to tasting red wine, served cold, accompanied by music, art, and good food.
On the Cornicello lakeside, local wineries will offer the chance to taste Bardolino, served cold, in a version that enhances its freshness and fruity notes.
Bardolino Rosso, produced on the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda in Veneto, is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of this area. It derives from a blend of indigenous grapes, primarily Corvina, Rondinella, and, in smaller percentages, other varieties such as Molinara.
But the experience doesn’t stop with wine. The lakeside will come alive with exhibitions of crafts and painting, while Carrara Bottagisio Park will be the meeting point for those who want to delight their palate with the gourmet offerings of the food trucks present.
“Il Bardolino Freddo” is a unique opportunity: it combines the pleasure of a good red wine with the lightness of summer evenings.
