Every season brings with it a new experience, and “Il Bardolino Freddo” adds to this calendar with its fourth edition. For three days, Bardolino will be the reference point for those who want to experiment with a new approach to tasting red wine, served cold, accompanied by music, art, and good food.
On Lungolago Cornicello, local wineries will offer the chance to taste Bardolino, served cold, in a version that enhances its freshness and fruity notes.
Bardolino Rosso, produced in the morainic hills surrounding Lake Garda, in Veneto, is a red wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of this area. It comes from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, mainly Corvina, Rondinella, and, in smaller percentages, other varieties such as Molinara.
But the experience does not stop at wine. The lakeside will come alive with exhibitions of crafts and painting, while Carrara Bottagisio Park will be the gathering place for those who want to delight their palate with the gourmet offerings from the food trucks present.
“Il Bardolino Freddo” is a unique opportunity: it combines the pleasure of a good red wine with the lightness of summer evenings.
