During the show cooking, Nadia Pasquali, owner of the restaurant Alla Borsa, guides guests step by step in discovering the secrets of preparing the famous tortellini Nodo d’Amore. From the carefully rolled dough to the creation of the small pasta pouch, up to the insertion of the delicate filling and the perfect closing of the tortellino: every motion tells of passion, experience, and love for tradition. At the end of the show cooking, guests will enjoy a convivial moment with a light lunch, tasting the products of tradition and the flavors of the land.
