At our aperivOLIO, you’ll find many delicious tastings, but the true star will be our own extra virgin olive oil, produced with passion on our estate.

Included Services

Drink of your choice: our exclusive AperivOLIO (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or a glass of our estate-produced wine.

Grand Cicchetti Platter featuring typical products from Verona and the Lake Garda area:

  • A selection of artisanal cured meats served with EVO oil breadsticks.
  • Carefully selected local cheeses accompanied by homemade jams.
  • Mixed bruschettas topped with our different olive oils, natural infused condiments (aromatic dressings), and pâtés.
  • A selection of fresh seasonal vegetables with pinzimonio dip.
  • Mixed olives and our homemade oil-preserved garlic.

A final touch of sweetness celebrating extra virgin olive oil: gelato with EVO oil or our homemade sbrisOLIOna cake and lemon biscuit.
