“Hortus Europae” Botanical Walk on Monte Baldo

Discover Mount Baldo, the famous "Hortus Europae" – the Garden of Europe – through an immersive experience among nature, history, and unique biodiversity in the world. During this excursion, you will walk through landscapes shaped by ancient glaciations, along paths that host nearly 2000 rare and extraordinary botanical species.

An enchanting journey in the footsteps of great European botanists who, since the sixteenth century, trekked up these mountains in search of new species to catalog. The visit can then continue to the Biodiversity Museum of Novezzina and the Botanical Garden, symbolic places that tell the deep connection between man and nature on Mount Baldo.

An authentic experience for those who wish to experience the mountain with curious eyes, among spectacular views, tales of explorers, and the timeless charm of the "Garden of Europe."

WARNING! The experience is guaranteed for a minimum of 4 people. In case of a reservation for less then 4 people, if the minimum number is not reached, the user will be notified and refunded.

Suitable For

• Everyone, the experience is also accessible to people with mild disabilities if accompanied by a family member or a representative (to be specified at the time of registration).
• The excursion is also suitable for children who can already walk independently. For younger children, it is recommended to have appropriate carrying supports, such as child carrier backpacks or trekking waist carriers.
• It is permitted to bring dogs as long as their suitability for natural trails, in groups, and with the potential presence of other dogs has been previously tested (to be specified at the time of registration).

Cancellation Information

• Free within 48 hours, then the entire amount will be retained.
  If delayed more than 15 minutes, the group will depart without waiting further.
• The excursion will take place even in case of light bad weather. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity within 48 hours only in the presence of particularly adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety of the group. In case of cancellation, the excursion may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
