An immersive experience in the heart of Bosco Cor, on Monte Baldo, the first certified Forest Bathing Center in the Verona area by A.I.ME.F. (Italian Association of Forest Medicine). A unique place, recognized for its high biodiversity and the quality of its natural environment, where pure air, lush vegetation, and silence blend in perfect harmony.
The walk unfolds along a path characterized by panoramic views of the Val d'Adige, Val d'Orsa, the Sanctuary of Madonna della Corona, and the course of the Adige River. An itinerary designed not to "arrive," but to slow down, observe, and experience the forest through the senses.
Accompanied by the principles of Forest Medicine, participants will experience an authentic immersion in Nature: listening to the sounds of the forest, sensing the fragrances of the vegetation, breathing deeply, and rediscovering well-being and inner peace.
An opportunity to reconnect with the natural environment, step away from daily frenzy, and rediscover a more authentic relationship with oneself and the territory.

- Everyone, the experience is also accessible to people with mild disabilities if accompanied by a family member or a representative (to be specified at the time of registration).
- The excursion is also suitable for children who can already walk independently. For younger ones, it is recommended to have appropriate transport supports, such as child carrier backpacks or trekking pouches.
- Dogs are allowed as long as their suitability has been tested on nature trails, in groups, and with the possible presence of other dogs (to be specified at the time of registration).

Cancellation Information
- Within 48h free then the entire amount will be retained.
In case of a delay beyond 15 minutes, the group will leave without waiting further. - The excursion will take place even in case of light bad weather. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity within 48 hours prior only in the presence of particularly adverse weather conditions that could compromise the safety of the group. In case of cancellation, the excursion may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
