Recharge | Forest Bathing: An experience in the heart of nature
Slow down. Breathe. Listen. Forest Bathing is a mindful immersion in nature, an invitation to leave behind the hectic pace of everyday life for a few hours and rediscover a deeper connection with the forest and with ourselves. Through slow walks, sensory practices, breathing, listening, movement and moments of stillness, we will gradually attune ourselves to the natural environment, making space for our senses and our presence. It is not simply a walk, and you don’t need to be physically fit: the experience takes place at a gentle pace and is suitable for everyone.
What we will do:
- Walk slowly through the forest

- Experience mindful contact with the natural elements
- Use breathing techniques and simple relaxation practices

- Discover the scents, sounds, colours and shapes of the forest

Cancellation Information
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience begins. After this deadline, the full amount paid will be retained.
In the event that the provider cancels the experience, it will be possible to reschedule the experience for a new date. If it is not possible to carry out the activity on another date, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
