The first villa we encounter is Villa Bassani-Raimondi, located behind the church of S.S. Nicolò and Severo, near the public gardens. Although historical information is sparse, it seems that this villa dates back to the nineteenth century. It features a simple structure, with rectangular windows framed by lintels and a square terrace that connects the central body of the building. Once, a large park surrounded the villa, but today it has been replaced by new constructions.
