- Once the ticket is validated by the turnstiles, it can never be refunded.

Gardaland Park is located only 2 km from the Peschiera del Garda railway station and is connected to the station by a free shuttle bus service (round-trip) every 30 minutes.
First run: 30 minutes before Park opening time; last run: 30 minutes after Park closing time.

The Valerio Catullo of Verona Villafranca airport is only a few kilometres far from Gardaland Park.

- The unguarded parking lot opens one hour before the Park.
Parking fees vary depending on the type of vehicle:
Car: €10 per day | Motorcycle: €7 per day | Camper: €25 per day - To leave and re-enter the Park on the same day, please go to the entry/exit turnstiles and request a "re-entry stamp."
