Monte Baldo

Mount Baldo has been named 'Hortus Europae', the garden of Europe due to its biodiversity, which is rich in orchids, medicinal and aromatic plants, and microfauna. It hosts about 960 species of butterflies, various types of beetles, and insects. The larger fauna includes foxes, wolves, badgers, polecats, chamois, marmots, and ibex, etc.

In short, everything creates an invaluable heritage to enjoy and explore by the Prada Costabella cable car, on foot or by bike.
