A piece of history in Bardolino

The Antica Torre Scaligera is the only visible remnant of Bardolino Castle. The first building was erected towards the end of the 9th century, then remodelled and enlarged in several stages until the time of the Scaligeri family in the 13th century, when it assumed the form still visible today.
