Villa da Persico with its park is located in front of the church of San Pietro in Vincoli in the western part of the town center. Villa da Persico is an 18th-century building, spread over three floors with a beautiful neoclassical facade. Inside, the floors are Venetian-style, and in the main hall, there are large frescoes depicting Lake Garda with its coastline. In the park, there is a chapel, while the barchessa houses the library of the writer Elena da Persico, to which the foundation is hosted in the villa.
Villa Elena was the residence of Elena da Persico (Journalist 1869-1948); she organized meetings and training sessions from the early years of the 20th century in response to the cultural and social needs of her time. Now the villa continues its cultural, spiritual, and ecclesiastical activities: it hosts annual conferences organized by the Elena da Persico Foundation and other associations from the Verona area; throughout the year, it offers a guided lectio led by Father Franco Mosconi.
It is also open to parish groups, associations, or movements that choose it for conducting days of training and spirituality; it has large external spaces (park), a hall for meetings, a spacious dining room, and a large chapel (about 120 seats) that can also host conferences if necessary; it is equipped with 60 beds in predominantly single rooms.
