A new series of events dedicated to the culture of good food and biodiversity is starting.

Every third Sunday of the month, the Mercato della Terra di Sommacampagna doubles the experience by transforming Piazza della Repubblica into a true gastronomic stage!

What awaits you at 11.00 a.m.?
An exclusive live cooking demonstration by the Associazione Cuochi Scaligeri Verona:

• Surprise recipe: prepared on the spot with fresh products purchased directly from the market stalls.
• Tips and secrets: chefs and local small producers will share the origins of the raw materials and how to replicate the dishes at home.
• Final tasting: a small free tasting for all participants at the end of the show (duration 45 minutes).
• The Mercato della Terra (9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.) with over 30 family-run farms awaits you with the best of local productions: seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, EVO oil, wine, bread, honey, and much more.
  A different way to shop, enhancing the short supply chain and the principle of "good, clean, and fair."
