An experiential journey to discover the famous "Nodo d’Amore" of Valeggio sul Mincio, between history, tradition, and fine gastronomy.

What you will experience during the experience:

• History and Legend: Discover the origin of the tortellino of Valeggio and the fascinating love story that inspired its shape.
• Fresh Pasta Masterclass: Attend a live demonstration where we will show you all the secrets of the traditional preparation of the classic meat-based dough: from the expertly rolled dough (sfogliatura) to the preparation of the filling, until the typical gesture of incartamento.
• Tasting and Food-Wine Pairing: Savor the traditional meat tortellino and a special tortello (with vegetarian options or dedicated to celiacs and vegans upon request). The tasting will be accompanied by two glasses of local wine excellences, chosen from Custoza and Bardolino.
• Final Gift: At the end of the experience, you will receive the exclusive recipe of the classic Nodo d’Amore accompanied by its legend, so you can recreate the magic at home.
