The estate is a space dedicated to the experience of wine and hosts productive and cultural environments: the drying room, where the grapes are dried according to tradition, the cellar dedicated to the aging of wines, and an interactive museum path that tells the story of the wine world through cultural and multimedia content.
Completing the structure is a dining and tasting area, immersed in elegant interiors and outdoor spaces surrounded by olive trees, where wine becomes the protagonist of the gastronomic experience and is also proposed as a creative element in the kitchen.
There is also a dedicated sales space that collects the entire production of the company, including special selections and historic vintages, expressions of the territory and the tradition of Valpolicella.
Behind the estate, Masi represents a historic reality of Veronese viticulture, active for over two centuries. The company was founded in the 18th century with the acquisition of the first vineyards in the "Vaio dei Masi" area and is still managed by the founding family.
Recognized internationally, Masi is particularly linked to the production of Amarone and the traditional technique of drying grapes, which continues to be studied and reinterpreted through research and innovation activities.
