The area south of the urban area of Rivoli is characterised by the rocky spur of the Rocca, overlooking the Chiusa dell’Adige, the site of important finds from a prehistoric settlement from the Neolithic age; the remains of a medieval castle from the 11th century are also visible. Some of the finds are on display at the National Archaeological Museum in Verona and at the Pigorini Museum in Rome.
